(More customer reviews)This shelter is really a single person bivy. Its strength lies in it's extra length.I've used it once so far on a motorcycle trip in Nthn New Mexico. It packs up to the size of a Kleenex box.Maybe even a bit shorter but a inch wider. It weighs about 2 lbs or so and fits just about anywhere. Now the best part..no pole's to deal with.It has an inflatable bladder for the large hoop at the head end.The rear is ingenious too.A simple swallow tail cut and a grommet at the center.Find a small stick about 16 to 18 inch's tall, slip it into the grommet and guy it out.Keeps the foot end of the bag upright with no added weight. The bottom is a tub design and seems to be made of some extra heavy material to prevent leaks. It was so sturdy and I cut so much weight that I used it for three days without a footprint or ground cloth. No holes or abrasions. It does sit quite low and if your looking for a lot of headroom...buy a regular tent. It's design is simply meant to stay light and portable. It is quite easy to enter and exit and I did use my Agnes inflatable extra lg air mattress in it.I use a light weight poncho liner as my cover unless it gets really cold out.No sleeping bag.I just slip into my riding suit and crash out.I've never gotten to cold yet.I like this shelter so much (I have Sierra Designs, North Face, and Moss tents too), that my next two person tent will be one of their inflatable models too.I have had a few problems with tent poles and Nemo has fixed that issue.Again, make sure you go with the EX model as it is longer and a bit more spacious.
